Right of withdrawal

The right

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, which for a file bought here is the day of purchase.

How to withdraw

Tell contact@architra.net clearly that you withdraw. A letter, an email or any other clear statement will do; no particular form is required. Sending it before the fourteen days are up is enough.

Architra refunds the payment without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used.

When the right lapses

For digital content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun, but only if you expressly agreed to that immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right, and only if Architra can show that you did.

Architra does not yet ask for that agreement during checkout. Until it does, the full fourteen days apply to every purchase, including one whose file has already been downloaded.

What a refund covers

A refund returns the money. It cannot recall a file that has already been downloaded, and the copy the buyer keeps still shows their name on every page.
